How does the integration work?

Pricepoint has a 2-way integration with Cloudbeds. It means that it can both read and write data. Pricepoint connects to Cloudbeds to read personalized reservation data for statistical purposes and hotel availability in real time. After each availability change, Pricepoint analyzes whether a price update is recommended and if so, it instantly pushes the new price to Cloudbeds. 

Cloudbeds pushes new prices further to the hotel's booking engines and OTAs such as Booking.com or Airbnb.

How long does it take to set up a Pricepoint account for a Cloudbeds-powered hotel?

Connecting Pricepoint to Cloudbeds couldn't be easier as it can be connected on the spot. If you work with Pricepoint Account Executive you could theoretically calibrate and launch your account within an hour or two. 

In practice, it takes between 2 - 5 business days to start Pricepoint's free trial because we take time to understand your property, your tactics and advise what should be the winning strategy for your property going forward.

Setting up multiple properties

What are the limitations of the integration?

At the moment, Pricepoint uses artificial intelligence to handle hotel prices. It does not analyze restrictions such as minimum or maximum stay. Those restrictions need to be handled directly in the Cloudbeds interface.
