What is the demand level?

Demand level is a scale from 1 to 5 that makes prices more or less aggressive for the specific date. By using the scale, you can make Pricepoint more or less aggressive without overriding its logic or stoping it. Pricepoint will continue working but it will take into account your inclination.

Pricepoint's default demand level is 3. Respectively:


- Demand level 1 or 2 means  "I want to be less aggressive for this day, i.e. I'd like to keep prices lower because I don't expect a huge demand for this day."


- Demand level 4 or 5 means "I would like to keep my prices aggressive, i.e. high. Whatever Pricepoint thinks, I'd like my prices to stay high and I do not want to discount too much."



You can change demand level in a daily pop-up of a specific day:




Or you can change demand level for multiple days or room types by using BULK UPDATE:
