The Reservations Report is essentially a list of reservations at your property. Before generating the report, you have the following customization options at your disposal:
A) Room Type: Choose a specific room category or select 'All room types'.
B) Date Range: Select a date range to analyze data within a specific timeframe.
C) Status: Filter reservations by status to focus on specific segments, such as 'Confirmed' or 'Canceled' bookings.
D) Date Type: Base your date range on the 'Booking date,' 'Check-in date,' or 'Stay date' to analyze reservations from different perspectives.
E) Time Zone: Choose between 'Local Time' and 'UTC' to ensure the report aligns with your time preferences.
The generated reservation list contains the following columns
Reservation ID: A unique identifier for each reservation.
Room Type: The category of room that was booked.
Check-In Date: The guest's arrival date.
Check-Out Date: The guest's departure date.
Booking Date: When the reservation was made.
Reservation Total: The total cost of the reservation.
ADR (Average Daily Rate): The average daily rate for reservation.
Nights: How many nights the guest plans to stay.
Status: The status of the reservation (e.g., confirmed, canceled, temporary).
Download Date: The date when the reservation was downloaded to Pricepoint.
And also the following information for all reservations in the list
Reservations: Number of reservations
Nights: Total number of nights of all reservations
ADR: The average daily rate of all reservations
Total: The total cost of reservations
